These terms cover use of StoreVane as a planning, research, automation-preview, and tracking tool, operated from Sweden. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the dashboard. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you will comply with the laws that apply to you.
Decision Support Only
The dashboard does not provide financial, legal, tax, advertising, or business advice. AI-generated content may be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed before use.
No Automatic Spending
The app must not launch ads, raise budgets, place supplier orders, issue refunds, message customers, or change external account settings without a separate user-confirmed action.
No Profit Guarantee
The app does not promise profit, sales, ROAS, conversion rate, or business success. All ecommerce activity carries risk, including ad losses, refunds, supplier delays, product quality issues, policy enforcement, disputes, and chargebacks.
AI Outputs And Financial Decisions
The dashboard's AI suggestions, scores, imported metrics, and connector previews are informational only. You are solely responsible for every business decision you make, including ad spend, budget changes, supplier orders, pricing, and refunds. We are not liable for any financial loss arising from acting on an AI suggestion, an inaccurate imported metric, or a connector preview, and you must independently verify data before acting on it.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for verifying product claims, supplier quality, shipping times, advertising compliance, platform policies, taxes, customer support obligations, and the accuracy of imported metrics before making business decisions. You are also responsible for keeping your account credentials and any connector API keys secure.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the dashboard to create deceptive claims, infringe intellectual property, evade platform policies, mishandle customer data, or automate actions that require explicit human review.
Connecting External Accounts
When you connect a third-party platform (such as Shopify, Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics, Stripe, or PayPal), you confirm that you are authorized to access and connect that account and that doing so does not breach that platform's own terms. You are responsible for the scope of access you grant and for revoking it when you no longer want the connection.
Intellectual Property And Your Content
The dashboard, its software, and its design remain the property of the operator. You retain ownership of the workspace content you create or import. You grant the operator the limited permission needed to store and process that content in order to provide the service, including sending relevant context to the AI and connector providers described in the Privacy Policy.
No Warranty
The dashboard is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. AI outputs, imported metrics, and connector previews may contain errors.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, ad spend, or business losses arising from your use of the dashboard. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Billing, Renewals, And Cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which it does not renew. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. As a digital service supplied immediately, EU consumers acknowledge that by starting a paid plan they request immediate performance and accept that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been provided for the period.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms, applicable law, or a third-party platform's policies (including deceptive advertising or intellectual-property infringement).
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. The operator may suspend or end access if these terms are violated, for fraud or abuse, or if the service is discontinued. On termination you can export your workspace data, after which account and workspace data are deleted in line with the Privacy Policy's retention periods (billing records are kept as required by law). Sections that by their nature should survive termination — such as the disclaimers, indemnity, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
Changes To These Terms
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the operator at djdaalmyte@hotmail.se.
Data You Import About Others
If the data you import from a connected platform includes personal data of your own customers, you remain the controller of that data and we process it only on your instructions to provide the service. Imported data may include ongoing, stored order history and pseudonymized customer analytics processed on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to import and process it. The product continues to evolve, and features, connectors, AI behavior, and exports may change over time.
