StoreVane brings product research, brand building, store-launch checklists, ad planning, connector previews, and real profit tracking into one place. AI assistants draft suggestions and proposed changes; you stay the operator who reviews and decides.

• Scores niche ideas by demand, competition, impulse-buy potential, supplier availability, margin, and ad friendliness.
• Tracks product candidates with cost, shipping time, selling price, competitors, ad proof, research tasks, and a winning-product score.
• Drafts brand names, copy, product descriptions, FAQs, trust badges, color palettes, and ad scripts.
• Checks connector readiness and builds preview-first imports of store, ad, analytics, and payment stats.
• Tracks real daily performance: revenue, ad spend, refunds, fees, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, net profit, and budget remaining.
• Computes a true-margin P&L and POAS from your real costs (COGS + operating costs), with a Shopify cost-per-item COGS import.

The app never takes external or money-spending actions on its own. Specifically, it will not:

• Launch ads or raise ad budgets.
• Place supplier orders.
• Issue refunds or message customers.
• Change store, payment, or ad-account settings.
• Move or spend money automatically.

Anything that could affect a live account or cost money stays confirmation-gated and requires a separate, explicit action from you.

This is decision-support tooling only. It does not promise profit, sales, ROAS, conversion rate, or business success. Ecommerce and dropshipping carry real financial, legal, supplier, platform, refund, chargeback, tax, and customer-support risk. Verify product claims, supplier quality, shipping times, and advertising compliance yourself before spending.

AI assistants and live-stats imports always produce a preview. You see the affected tabs, field-level before/after changes, source status, and an output-quality score before anything is applied. You can discard a preview, or apply it — and only then does the local workspace change. Signed-out demo visitors get a safe local preview instead of a paid AI call.

Workspace data lives in your browser's local storage and, when you sign in, in Supabase under your account. When you connect a store, ad, analytics, or payment platform, the API keys you provide are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and stored in a per-user vault, isolated by row-level security so only your account can use them; the encryption keys stay on the server, are never exposed to the browser, and support rotation. Only enter credentials on the Connections screen — never in chat, email, or any other field — and you can update or remove them at any time.
